Kimani A. Foreman is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nodeca Technical Services (NTS), a consulting firm that specializes in streamlining the HVAC installation process.  NTS offers valuable and high quality services such as installing sheet metal for other mechanical contractors and filings for boilers and fuel oil generators with government agencies. 

The company has also provided oversight for various commercial properties and office fit-outs and has managed projects in both residential and industrial buildings. 

This versatility has allowed the company to experience exponential growth over the past five years. NTS is currently installing a new VRF system in a new residential building in Brooklyn. Past and current clients include S.L Green, Related Companies, Metro Loft Developers, ECS, and various other construction managers throughout the area.  

Previously, Kimani developed and exceled as a Project Manager for KSW, one of the top mechanical firms in New York, where he managed several multi million dollars projects concurrently and handled all boiler room filings.  It was through this 15+ years of experience that Kimani developed his unique and productive methods of building systems in multiple arenas.  

Kimani is a native of Brooklyn, NY and an alumnus of Florida A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He has a passion for excellence in work and community. As such, he has obtained the New York State Engineer in Training certificate and the New York City Minority Business Certification. He is also a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and the National Society of Black Engineers.
